What a brilliant class! Melissa really pushed us but also showed plenty of modifications and I felt really worked out but also nourished and cared for after the session. I found Melissa's class during lockdown via livestream and I have Scoliosis so Pilates is really great for me - highly recommended if you have any back pain.

Melissa clearly knows her stuff and I felt very welcome in the class. The session was really good, pushed me, and I really appreciated the gentler options for when my legs started to give way!

I have been training with Melissa for around 9 months now and I cannot give her high enough praise. I have worked with different teachers for nearly five years and I can safely say – no one comes close! She is wonderful at understanding your limits and adapting for you while still pushing you. Beyond that, Melissa is knowledgable, encouraging and supportive. With her, I have been able to do things I genuinely never thought I would do.

Melissa her classes are extremely effective. I’ve been doing her dynamic Pilates classes for two weeks now (two times a week) and I already feel and see a difference in my posture and toning! At first was sceptic because of the enormous amounts of online classes out there, but my results are amazing! Melissa, your classes are magic, thank you!!

I have been doing reformer with Melissa for 6 months now. I give credit for my leg rehab returning to full works after a major break in my leg and getting a few plates and many screws on either raise of a leg. She is a fabulous instructor and has amazing knowledge. I am so excited to have joined her online zoom classes. Highly recommend!!!!

ABOUT ME
Are you ready to workout with me? First things first, my name is Melissa Eleni, I founded Pilates Peach in 2017 when I moved to London from Amsterdam. I come from a dance background which eventually led me to find the Pilates method. I trained with STOTT Pilates in Matwork, Reformer and Post-Natal.
In 2015 I had to drop out of my dance education due to really bad chronic injuries, I was unable to train and was advised to give up dancing as a whole. I've had 3 surgeries since and worked very hard on rehab. I started doing Pilates classes and it helped me feel so much stronger and more in tune with my body. I learned how to counter balance my flexibility with strength and I can honestly say that I feel stronger now than when I was in full time dance training! Pilates did that for me! There is this mind body connection that you start to develop that will help you move with more ease, more control, more grace.
I decided to do a Pilates course to dive deeper into my own training, and while I was initially there for myself, I discovered how much I love to help people by teaching. I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, more aware and at home in their own bodies. Although I teach a wide variety of techniques, Pilates will always be my favourite thing. I keep the movement principles at the centre of anything I do. I truly believe everyone and anyone can benefit from this beautifully designed method. It will complement whatever else it is you do to stay active in your life!
♥️♥️ and if you are wondering, yes I got back into dancing and am really grateful I can move freely again ♥️♥️
